- Confident and camera-friendly Comfortable creating videos using their own face/personality Strong understanding of Instagram & Reels Valuable communication & presentation skills Creative and comfortable following social trends Interest/experience in Influencer Marketing & Content Creation Existing content creation/social media experience is a plus Female creators are especially encouraged to apply.
