About the role:
We're looking for someone who knows the creator ecosystem and wants to own more of the work.
You'll be hands-on across creator sourcing, coordination and campaign execution, working with the team and directly with clients.
You'll be expected to:
- Identify and shortlist creators that fit each brand and brief.
- Handle outreach, negotiations and coordination with creators and their managers.
- Manage campaigns from briefing to content going live.
- Prepare decks, trackers and post-campaign reports.
- Keep timelines and deliverables on track.
- Bring ideas on creators and formats, not just execution.
The Details
- Experience: 1–2 years
- Location: DLF Colony, Sector 14, Gurgaon
- Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Flexible), Mon–Fri
- Type: Full time
- Salary: ₹35,000/month (In Hand)
