Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Manager role based in Noida.

The Influencer Marketing

Manager will identify and evaluate suitable influencers, negotiate partnerships, and manage long-term relationships with creators and agencies. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing influencer campaigns, coordinating briefs and content calendars, and ensuring brand guidelines and messaging are consistently met. The role involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and optimizing campaigns based on data and feedback.

Manager will collaborate closely with internal marketing, creative, and account teams to align influencer strategies with overall brand objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in influencer marketing, campaign management, and brand collaboration.
- Experience in social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and make optimization recommendations.
- Skills in relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, creator ecosystems, and platform-specific best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Noida, with solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in influencer agencies, creator management, or brand marketing is highly beneficial.
