About the role:
We're looking for someone who has run creator campaigns end to end and can lead a team doing the same.
You'll own how creator and talent work gets done at Almost Famous: the strategy, the relationships and the delivery. You'll lead a team of 6–8.
You'll be expected to:
- Lead, mentor and set priorities for a team of 6–8 people.
- Own creator strategy and campaign delivery across client briefs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers and agencies.
- Negotiate deals, manage budgets and keep timelines on track.
- Work closely with strategy, creative and client teams.
- Be the client's point of contact for creator-led work.
- Turn campaign performance into insight for the next brief.

- Experience: 3–4 years
- Location: DLF Colony, Sector 14, Gurgaon
- Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM , Mon–Fri
- Type: Full time
- Salary: ₹60,000/month
