Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the intern will support the influencer marketing team in identifying and onboarding relevant creators across social media platforms. Daily responsibilities include researching potential influencers, maintaining outreach lists, drafting and sending collaboration proposals, and coordinating communication between creators and internal stakeholders.

The intern will help manage campaign timelines, track deliverables,



and compile performance data to support reporting and optimization. Additional tasks may include assisting with content briefs, monitoring social media trends, preparing presentations, and contributing ideas to enhance creator partnerships and campaign impact.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer marketing dynamics.
- Solid research and analytical skills for identifying suitable creators and tracking campaign performance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for outreach, coordination, and documentation.
- Basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, creator economy, or brand collaborations; prior internship or campus project experience is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
