Role Description

As an Influencer Marketing Executive at MyWall, you will manage and grow relationships with influencers and brands, ensuring successful collaborations across campaigns. You will identify and onboard relevant creators, negotiate campaign terms, and coordinate content calendars aligned with brand objectives. On a daily basis, you will track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports and insights to optimize future initiatives.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine strategies, improve creator and brand experiences,



and support platform growth. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and analytical skills to identify relevant influencers, audience segments, and brand opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with creators, brands, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation skills to secure partnerships, manage budgets, and deliver win-win campaign outcomes.
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital or social media marketing, or brand partnerships is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Gurugram, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
