About the Role
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive (IME) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to influencer marketing and a good understanding of social media platforms, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Identify and research relevant influencers based on campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
- Handle influencer outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers.
- Assist in preparing influencer shortlists and campaign proposals.
- Coordinate content briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic campaign reports.
- Track influencer posts, engagement, reach, and other campaign metrics.
- Ensure influencers deliver content as per the agreed campaign brief.
- Stay updated on social media trends, creators, and emerging influencers.
- Support the team in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Requirements
- 3–6 months of relevant experience or internship experience in Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Candidates with experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency will be preferred.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good research and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of influencer metrics and campaign performance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Candidates who are proactive, creative, and willing to learn are preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with influencers or creators.
- Previous internship or experience in an influencer marketing agency.
- Understanding of influencer discovery and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools or platforms is an added advantage.
