We are looking for a creative, confident and result-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Reach out to influencers, build relationships and negotiate collaboration deals.
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution.
- Coordinate with creators to develop engaging Reels, Shorts and other video content.
- Develop creative content ideas based on latest trends, viral formats and audience behavior.
- Be comfortable and confident appearing in office videos/reels for brand engagement.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and results.
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, SEO and content optimization.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram,



YouTube and short-form video content.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends and viral content.
- Comfortable being on-camera and creating office-based content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media analytics and content performance.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently.

Valuable to Have

- Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, Finance or Consumer Technology.
- Existing network with micro, macro or niche influencers.
- Experience with paid collaborations and barter campaigns.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and influencer marketing/analytics tools.
- Proven experience creating or managing content with strong organic reach.
