Role & Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage micro to macro influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms aligned with our youth-focused audience.
- Design and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns—from briefing and content co-creation to performance tracking and ROI analysis.
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and compensation structures with creators while maintaining brand guidelines and campaign KPIs.
- Track and report on campaign performance using UTM links, promo codes, and platform analytics to optimize ROI and amplify reach.
- Build and maintain a scalable influencer database, mapping creators by niche, engagement rate, audience demographics,



and past campaign performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Growth, and Product teams to align influencer narratives with platform messaging and user journey goals.
