About the Role

Bubble Me is looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in influencer collaborations, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of social media trends and creator marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators aligned with Bubble Me’s brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to completion.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with influencers.
- Coordinate with influencers for content briefs, approvals, posting schedules, and deliverables.
- Track campaign performance, reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Maintain and regularly update the influencer database.
- Monitor social media trends and identify new creators and collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned content.




- Prepare campaign reports and provide insights for improving future campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social media marketing.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of influencer metrics such as reach, engagement, views, CTR, and conversions.

•Ability to multitask and manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
