Role Description The Influencer Marketing Associate at MyWall is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with influencers across social media platforms, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations for creators and brands. Day-to-day tasks include managing influencer outreach, coordinating campaign briefs, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining detailed records of partnerships.

The role also involves supporting social media and PR initiatives, collaborating with internal teams on campaign ideas, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up with creators and brand partners.



The associate will contribute to refining influencer strategies and providing insights that enhance campaign impact and platform growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal interaction with influencers and brand stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing skills, such as sourcing creators, managing collaborations, and understanding influencer ecosystems.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including familiarity with major platforms, content trends, and basic performance analytics.
- Candidates should possess Public Relations skills for managing brand reputation, coordinating outreach, and supporting promotional initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including negotiation, relationship building, and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator-focused platforms is an advantage.
