Role Description

As an Influencer Marketing Associate at MyWall, you will work full time on-site in our Gurugram office, supporting the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns. You will identify and engage relevant creators, coordinate collaborations, and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and brand partners. Daily activities include managing communication, assisting with campaign briefs, tracking deliverables, and monitoring performance across social media platforms.

You will help analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and share insights with cross-functional teams to optimize future initiatives.



This role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with brand objectives and contribute to overall growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to manage creator and brand relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing skills to source, evaluate, and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to understand platform trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Candidates should possess Public Relations skills to support reputation management, brand messaging, and community engagement.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to contribute to partnership proposals, negotiate collaborations, and support revenue-focused initiatives.
- Relevant experience in influencer or digital marketing, especially within creator or brand-focused platforms, is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and use basic analytics tools to interpret performance data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
