Role Description The Influencer Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, managing day-to-day communication, and building long-term relationships with creators across various social media platforms. The associate will coordinate campaigns from planning to execution, including briefing influencers, tracking content performance, and optimizing strategies based on data and feedback.

Responsibilities include collaborating with brand partners and internal teams, supporting contract and negotiation processes,



and ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of influencer activities, preparing regular performance reports, and contributing ideas to enhance creator engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal interaction and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing skills, including creator sourcing, relationship management, and campaign coordination.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, with familiarity across major platforms, trends, and content formats.
- Candidates should possess Public Relations skills, including outreach, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills such as negotiation, lead follow-up, and converting opportunities into successful collaborations.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include basic analytics skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and prior experience in marketing or creator-focused roles.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
