B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline

B.E candidates: 5 to 10 years
Diploma candidates: 7 to 12 years
Key Responsibilities
- Lean manufacturing activities and continuous improvement
- Process improvement and productivity improvement
- Plant and machine layout planning
- Basic engineering drawings and understanding of technical drawings
- Knowledge of CNC, VMC and HMC machines
- Experience in paint shop operations
- Knowledge of foundry / casting processes
- Identify process issues and implement improvement activities
- Support manufacturing and production teams in improving efficiency and quality
