Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Electrician role based in Noida.

The Industrial

Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in an industrial environment. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting electrical drawings, performing wiring and panel work, and conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues. The role involves diagnosing faults, troubleshooting electrical problems, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and relevant regulations.

The Industrial

Electrician will collaborate with maintenance and operations teams, document work performed,



and support continuous improvement of equipment reliability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of electricity and industrial electrical systems, including circuits, control panels, and safety standards.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance & repair of industrial equipment, motors, and electrical components.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Skilled in electrical wiring, cable routing, and connection of electrical devices in accordance with codes and diagrams.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and testing to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Relevant technical diploma or ITI certification in Electrical or a related field; additional industrial electrician certification is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong focus on safety, adherence to electrical and workplace safety regulations, and use of appropriate PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Noida.
- Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours when required to support critical operations.
