We are looking for an experienced Payroll Operations professional to join a global operations team and support APAC payroll execution .

? Location: Mumbai

? Work Mode: 4 Days WFO

? Experience: 5+ Years

? Education: Graduate

? Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)

⭐ Good to Have

• SAP / ADP Payroll experience

- Experience with multinational payroll operations
- Payroll ERP exposure such as SAP, Workday or Oracle HCM
- Payroll automation / process improvement experience
- Knowledge of payroll accounting and reconciliations
- Experience with HRIS, Time & Attendance and GL integrations
- Knowledge of SOX/ICFR and audit controls

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely end-to-end APAC payroll, Indian Payroll processing .





- Coordinate with HR, Finance, regional payroll teams and external vendors.
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Prepare operational metrics and dashboards.

• Identify and implement process improvements and automation .

- Support change initiatives and collaborate with technology/vendor teams.
- Validate payroll data, workflows, controls and exceptions.
- Investigate and reconcile payroll variances.
- Support stakeholders and team members through training and knowledge sharing.

? Preferred Background: Payroll/Benefits/Taxation operations professionals, including candidates from Big 4 organizations.
