Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and assist customers with their queries and concerns. Provide accurate and clear information about services and processes. Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience.

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or guidance. Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and queries.

Follow up on pending customer requests and ensure timely resolution. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team. Follow company processes, customer service standards, and communication guidelines.

Candidate

Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Inbound Calling, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role.



Any Graduate qualification. Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills. Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable handling customer queries over the phone. Professional and polite communication style. Ability to work effectively with internal teams. Comfortable working in assigned shifts.
