About the Role

We are looking for an experienced In-House Lawyer with 5–6 years of relevant experience in the real estate and construction sector, with solid exposure to NCLT, RERA, corporate, property, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle legal matters related to NCLT, RERA, real estate, construction, and property laws.

- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, notices, letters, and other legal documents.

- Manage RERA filings, compliance, complaints, hearings, and related proceedings.

- Handle NCLT matters, including case documentation, petitions, replies, notices, and coordination with external counsel.

- Conduct legal due diligence of properties, land documents, agreements, and project-related documentation.

- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, authorities, and legal professionals for ongoing matters.

- Handle litigation, arbitration, consumer complaints,



recovery matters, and other legal proceedings.

- Advise management on legal risks, statutory requirements, contracts, and business transactions.

- Maintain proper records of legal cases, agreements, notices, and compliance documentation.

Eligibility

- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.

- 5–6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate/construction.

- Strong practical experience in NCLT and RERA matters is required.

- Good knowledge of Real Estate Laws, Companies Act, Contract Law, Property Law, and applicable regulatory compliances.

- Strong drafting, documentation, negotiation, and legal research skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
