We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused In-House Sales Representative to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably with fashion and lifestyle brands such as Pantaloons, Max, Reliance Trends, Lifestyle, Westside, or similar retail formats.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Promote new arrivals, offers, schemes, and promotional campaigns.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of products, sizes, styles, prices, and ongoing offers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper product display, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Ensure products are arranged and replenished as per store guidelines.
- Support billing, stock checking, tagging, and inventory-related activities when required.
- Maintain fitting-room and sales-floor standards.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.




- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team members to achieve daily sales objectives.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and loss-prevention guidelines.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion/apparel or lifestyle retail.
- Experience with Pantaloons, Max, Reliance Trends, Lifestyle, Westside, or similar retail brands will be preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of fashion/apparel products and retail selling techniques.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced retail environment.
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak retail periods.

Education Qualification Preferred: Graduate in any discipline.
