Key Responsibilities

Manage import and export shipments from booking to final delivery.

Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents such as:

o Commercial Invoice o Packing List o Bill of Lading (BL)

o Airway Bill (AWB)

o Certificate of Origin o Shipping Bill o Delivery Orders

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.

Track cargo movements and provide shipment status updates to customers.

Handle customs clearance documentation and follow up on customs-related requirements.

Monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues or delays.

Prepare freight quotations and coordinate with overseas agents for rates and shipment arrangements.

Maintain shipment records and update data in logistics/ERP systems.

Verify freight invoices and ensure accurate billing to clients.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and delivery status.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and business partners.

Required Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

1-5 years of experience in import/export operations, freight forwarding, or shipping industry.

Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures.

 Familiarity with sea freight, air freight, and multimodal transportation.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 Experience with logistics, shipping, or ERP software is preferred.

Required Skills

 Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

 Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
