About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Client Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding and technical integration for banking and payments products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with API testing, and payment/messaging format configuration, along with strong client-facing skills to manage relationships through the full implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding for banking/payments products, from requirement gathering to production go-live
- Manage API testing, and configuration of messaging formats
- Configure and implement systems such as IPS (Integrated Payment System), CMS,
and related banking/payment platforms
- Oversee testing phases to ensure the product meets client requirements and functions correctly in the client's setting
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships during implementation, addressing needs, concerns, and escalations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, support) to ensure smooth delivery
- Handle and manage incidents and technical queries throughout the client lifecycle, using ticketing/incident management tools
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent client implementations
