Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Implementation Engineer to support the successful deployment and onboarding of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to configure applications, understand business requirements, provide training, and ensure smooth implementation and adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Implementation & Support

- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of software solutions.
- Understand client requirements and support system setup as per business needs.
- Coordinate data migration, system configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Validate system functionality and ensure successful deployment.
- Troubleshoot implementation-related issues and work with internal technical teams for resolution.
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.

Client Onboarding & Training
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for customers.
- Provide user training and guidance to ensure successful product adoption.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Address client queries and provide timely support.

Project Coordination
- Track implementation tasks, timelines, and project milestones.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Support, and Sales teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain implementation documentation, training materials, and project records.
- Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Customer Success
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Gather customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with relevant teams.




- Assist customers in adopting best practices and maximizing product usage.
- Support long-term customer success through effective solution implementation.

Required Skills:

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of software implementation and deployment processes.
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, SFA, DMS, or enterprise software applications.
- Knowledge of requirement gathering, system configuration, and UAT.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management or ticketing tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, data migration, or system integrations will be an added advantage.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Software Implementation, Technical Support, Customer Success, Application Support, or a related role.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to enterprise software implementation projects.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project workflows.
- Basic knowledge of databases and software integrations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to travel for client implementations, if required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
