1. To conduct IMS Awareness and implementation training for site staff for improving the competence.
2. To implements ISO requirements in various departments through site l/c, departmental heads and concerned staff.
3. to coordinate with planning, execution, QA, EHS, stores, purchase, Maintenance, IT & HR Departments for IMS related activities.
4. To ensure that necessary preparations are done for internal and external audits.
5. To initiate corrective actions in consultation with concerned staff to close the NCs and observation raised during internal and External Audits.
6. To Monitor the compliance regularly to prevent the reoccurrence/repetitions.
7. To prepare the site specific IMS documentations in consultation with concerned staff.
8. To implement the continual improvement as directed by the management
9. To maintain the document control, monitor the compliance of applicable statutory and regulatory requirements through departmental heads.




10. To monitor the IMS performance and submit the reports to HO for MRC Meetings.

Additional Qualification :

- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
- Positive knowledge of civil works, drawings, measurements, quality and
- safety requirements. Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify gaps, analyze issues and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Good understanding of project/site operations and statutory compliance.
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Preferences: Relevant experience in civil construction/project execution, with knowledge of IMS, quality, safety, documentation and statutory compliance preferred.
