English Mithra is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Work From Home English Trainers to join our training team. The role involves conducting online English training sessions for students through various courses offered by English Mithra.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online English training sessions as per the assigned course and schedule.
- Deliver engaging and effective classes through calling and/or live video sessions.
- Help students improve their spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, communication skills and overall confidence.
- Follow the course structure and class schedule assigned by the Academic Team.
- Maintain consistency and quality throughout the assigned course.
- Support student retention through effective teaching and qualified communication.
- Complete assigned classes within the course duration.
- Coordinate with the Academic Team regarding student progress and course-related matters.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism while conducting online classes.

Commission & Payout Structure

Trainer commission is based on the course assigned and the number of classes/days completed.

- Minimum Commission / Eligibility: Some courses have a minimum number of days/classes that must be completed to qualify for the specified payout.
- Maximum Commission: Paid upon completing the full course.
- If a student discontinues: The trainer is paid on a per-class basis for the classes actually completed, as per the applicable course structure.
- Extension Commission:



Paid when a student chooses to extend or continue their course specifically because of the trainer's teaching.

- Good command of spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging online classes.
- Comfortable teaching students through calls and/or live video sessions.
- Good internet connection and a suitable device for online teaching.
- Punctual, responsible and consistent in completing assigned classes.
- Prior experience in Spoken English, IELTS, Grammar, Interview Training or English teaching will be an advantage.
