JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer interactions for the IDFC personal-loan process.
- Assist customers with basic loan-process information and application-related queries.
- Explain requirements and process information accurately and professionally.
- Follow customer verification, documentation, and escalation procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and meet process quality and productivity standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- HSC qualification.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with around 6 months of experience and average communication skills can also be considered.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
