- Handle customer interactions related to the used-car/vehicle finance process.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant process information clearly.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding applications, documentation, and customer queries.
- Follow prescribed banking-process guidelines and customer handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and meet defined productivity and quality expectations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- HSC qualification is required.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
- Average communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
