Key Responsibilities:

- Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain ETL workflows using IBM InfoSphere DataStage to support enterprise data integration needs
- Build and enhance DataStage jobs sequences and reusable components aligned to best practices and project standards
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction transformation validation and reconciliation activities
- Perform source to target mapping implementation and ensure accurate transformation logic across ETL processes
- Troubleshoot job failures analyze logs resolve data issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- Support deployments across environments and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth releases and minimal downtime




- Create and maintain technical documentation including job design specs runbooks and operational procedures
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements estimate effort and provide regular status updates on deliverables
- Minimum Qualifications
- Education BTECH MTECH MCA MSC or equivalent
- 3 5 years of experience in ETL development with strong hands on expertise in IBM InfoSphere DataStage
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts data transformations and end to end pipeline execution
- Strong working knowledge of SQL including joins aggregations subqueries and performance tuning basics
- Experience in debugging ETL jobs handling data quality checks and supporting production issues

Technical Requirements:

Additional Responsibilities:

- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience optimizing DataStage jobs for performance parallelism partitioning tuning stages and efficient design patterns
