Skills: Digital ISAM Engineer

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Location: Chennai/Pune/Mumbai

Essential Skills:

- Strong experience in ISAM modules Base, Advanced Access Control (AAC), and Federation
- Experience in ISAM / IAM / LDAP operations and support
- ISAM administration and support for Base, AAC, and Federation modules
- Experience configuring SSO solutions using IBM Access Manager
- Hands-on experience with Federated SSO using SAML standards
- Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAuth, and ADFS
- Experience integrating business applications with ISAM
- Experience implementing MFA, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms
- Positive understanding of workflow design/implementation, provisioning, junctions, adapters, clustering, policies, and user registries
- Knowledge of Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed Session Cache, and Web Services
- Strong troubleshooting skills from server level to user level
- Ability to independently resolve issues and close support tickets
- Experience in day-to-day ISAM operations and production support
- Architecture and design experience in IAM is preferred
- ISAM migration and implementation experience is an added advantage
- Ability to lead and participate in outage/incident calls
- Create and maintain SOPs,



knowledge-base documents, and policy/procedure manuals
- Participate in daily, weekly, monthly, customer, and internal meetings and provide activity reports
- Strong understanding of SLA management and ability to meet customer SLAs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Desirable Skills

- Programming experience in Java / JavaScript
- Automation experience with Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab, Chef, or Puppet
- Experience with Microsoft Azure migrations
- Knowledge of automation using Ansible
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies
- Customer management experience
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors for break-fix activities
- Ability to support implementation of IAM best practices, processes, and tools

Responsibilities

- Build and support a functional ISAM platform for the client
- Coordinate with teams for ISAM implementation and operations
- Support deployment of ISAM servers and provide end-to-end troubleshooting
- Manage ISAM server configurations, policies, user registries, clustering, EAI, junctions, and related components
- Handle production issues, incidents, outage calls, and support tickets
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and operational processes
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge databases
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors as required
