Key Responsibilities

Define overall hybrid testing strategy and quality assurance framework ensuring optimal balance between manual and automation testing.

Drive adoption of automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Lead multiple QA teams ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with business objectives.

Identify quality risks, automation gaps, and process improvement opportunities while defining mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality KPIs, reporting dashboards, and release readiness criteria.

Drives improvements in quality metrics such as defect leakage, cycle time, and release readiness.

Good understanding of Trade Life Cycle, FIX protocol

Hands on Front office / middle office trading applications - Equity, Options, Convertible Bonds

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation expansion, and continuous improvement.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to QA teams.

Good to Have:

1. Working experience with Fidessa framework testing
2. Regulatory reporting experience like MiFID, Volker
3. Broadridge , Summit settlement systems experience
