We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize high-pressure hydraulic test rigs and machinery at our Mumbai facility! ?️
? Location: Navi Mumbai
? Salary / CTC: ₹4.20 LPA – ₹5.50 LPA
? Experience: 8-10 Years
? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
? Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems in test rigs.
? Maintain NAS valve standards and ensure 0 contamination in hydraulic oil.
? Troubleshoot hydraulic system faults (checking pressure levels, flow rates, and sensor feedback).
? Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns to minimize machine downtime.
? Perform visual inspections for leaks, blockages, noise, and vibration.
? Ensure full safety compliance and adhere strictly to SOPs.
