HVAC TechnicianJob SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning and HVAC systems. The technician will be responsible for ensuring HVAC equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably while identifying and resolving technical issues. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, maintain, service, and repair various HVAC and air-conditioning systems .

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues in HVAC equipment. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC and HVAC systems. Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, blowers, motors, thermostats, and related components .

Identify refrigerant leakage and perform refrigerant charging, recovery, and related servicing as required. Check and troubleshoot electrical components such as wiring, capacitors, contactors, relays, MCBs, sensors, and control panels . Monitor HVAC system performance and ensure proper cooling, airflow, temperature, and pressure levels.

Carry out cleaning and maintenance of filters, coils, ducts, drain lines, and other HVAC components. Replace damaged or faulty components and ensure proper functioning after repairs.



Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment problems and minimize breakdowns.

Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and details of repairs carried out. Follow all required safety procedures and technical standards while working on HVAC equipment. Coordinate with supervisors, customers, or other maintenance teams regarding HVAC-related issues.

Ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts required for servicing are properly maintained and used. RequirementsHands-on experience as an HVAC Technician / AC Technician / Refrigeration Technician . Practical knowledge of HVAC system installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Understanding of electrical and refrigeration components used in HVAC systems. Ability to diagnose technical problems and carry out appropriate repairs. Ability to work independently as well as as part of a maintenance or technical team.

Valuable knowledge of workplace safety practices. ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification will be an advantage.
