HW Board Design Technical Lead – High Speed Design /n Experience: 5-15 Years /n Location: Bangalore /n Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred /n Job Summary /n We are looking for an experienced HW Board Design Technical Lead to lead the design and development of complex high-speed embedded hardware platforms for automotive and industrial applications. The role requires solid expertise in hardware architecture, PCB design, high-speed interface implementation, board bring-up, validation, and technical leadership. The candidate should be capable of independently driving projects from requirements to product realization while mentoring engineering teams. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Own end-to-end hardware design activities from requirement analysis to product release.

/n

- Define system and board-level architecture for high-speed embedded hardware platforms.

/n

- Design and develop Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal circuits.

/n

- Perform schematic capture, design reviews, and PCB layout guidance.

/n

- Lead board bring-up, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis.

/n

- Implement and validate high-speed interfaces and communication protocols.

/n

- Conduct signal integrity, thermal, and power analysis to ensure robust product design.

/n

- Prepare design documentation, engineering reports, test plans, and customer presentations.

/n

- Collaborate with FPGA, Firmware, Mechanical, and Validation teams for system integration.

/n

- Manage technical risks, reviews, and design compliance activities.

/n

- Drive small to medium-sized projects independently while mentoring junior engineers.
