Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer with minimum 4 years of expertise in HVAC and cleanroom systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial projects.
Core Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Review client layouts and prepare turnkey cleanroom proposals while Interacting with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop cleanroom designs, perform heat load calculations, AHU zoning, duct layout, and cleanroom class zoning calculations.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Apply cleanroom standards such as ISO 14644 and GMP guidelines.
Estimation & Costing
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and competitive proposals.
- Review tender documents and specifications.
- Analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations and incorporate historical project data for accurate estimation.
- Handle variation orders, extra items, and cost revisions.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems and cleanroom technologies.
- Proven experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Understanding of ISO standards, GMP compliance, and cleanroom classifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical discussions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
