Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups. The role also involves handling candidate leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Handle and convert candidate leads generated through Meta Ads.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Manage multiple openings and achieve hiring targets within timelines.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills .
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions remotely.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
