Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel administration, ensuring a positive employee experience. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting performance management processes. The specialist will handle employee queries, maintain accurate HR records,



and assist in developing engagement and retention initiatives.

The role also includes collaborating with management to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards, and supporting training and development activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing and implementing HR Policies, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and related compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office tools; prior experience in manufacturing or consumer products is an advantage.
