We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and Employee Engagement to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels




- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, documentation, and onboarding
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and coordinate feedback
- Support employee recognition programs, events, and celebrations
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations
- Maintain HR records, trackers, and HRMS data
- Prepare recruitment and employee engagement reports/MIS

What we are looking for :-

2–3 years of relevant HR experience

Solid recruitment and candidate coordination skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of employee engagement activities

Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred

Experience in a startup/technology company is an added advantage
