Role Description The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill open positions in a timely manner. The specialist will maintain candidate pipelines, manage job postings across platforms, and support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining HR records related to recruitment, supporting employer branding initiatives,



and collaborating with internal teams to understand staffing needs and improve hiring practices. The role requires consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders to provide a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, with experience in recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Candidates should possess Hiring skills, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, with an ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to help promote the organization’s culture, values, and opportunities across recruitment channels.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools are beneficial.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate recruiting, especially in digital marketing or advertising environments, is an advantage.
