HR Recruiter Company: Dual Life Science Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Surat, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources Job Summary Dual Life Science Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Life Science, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Corporate functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records and ensuring positions are closed within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requirement to candidate joining.

- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Understand technical and non-technical job requirements from department heads.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, managers and directors.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment status reports.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interviews, salary discussions, documentation and joining.
- Prepare and coordinate offer letters and appointment documentation.
- Conduct reference and background verification where required.
- Maintain recruitment databases and employee records.
- Track open positions, interview status, offers released and joining dates.
- Support employee onboarding and induction.
- Assist management with manpower planning and recruitment analytics.




- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support HR activities including attendance, employee documentation, policies and engagement when required.

Candidate

Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, Commerce or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR preferred.
- Experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales or Life Science positions will be an advantage.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
- Comfortable using job portals, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Positive documentation and reporting discipline.
