Company Description Rajyog International Private Limited is a well-established leader in the marble and granite industry, founded in 1996 and recognized for its consistent growth and strong reputation. Ltd., the group operates multiple active mines and cutting units across India, ensuring reliable production and export of premium granite.

Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team, and maintaining accurate employee records.

The Human Resources

Manager will work closely with leadership and department heads to identify workforce needs, support organizational development, and promote a positive, safe, and inclusive work workplace. Daily responsibilities also include handling disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, training coordination,



and supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance practices, and HR documentation relevant to operations in India.
- Skills in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR data management using HRIS or similar systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with capacity to support employees at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or related industrial sectors.
- Prior experience in establishing contact with overseas companies, recruiters, or agents to support international business growth and talent sourcing.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HR software tools; comfort working with data and HR reports.
- Commitment to ethical, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory HR practices, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
