About the Role

Norlox Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-oriented HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who has hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and policy implementation, particularly within a recruitment agency, HR consultancy, staffing, or professional services workplace.

The HR Manager will oversee key stages of the employee lifecycle, drive domestic talent acquisition, support business leaders with workforce planning, and help build efficient HR processes and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring across different experience levels and business functions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, professional networks, headhunting, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, offer processes, background verification, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements.

HR Operations & Employee Relations

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR processes.
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Conduct employee counseling and support initiatives that promote a productive and positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through separation.

Performance Management

- Implement and manage performance management systems (PMS).
- Coordinate performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and related HR processes.




- Work with business leaders to identify workforce requirements and support employee development.

Consultancy & Business Support

- Develop HR processes suited to a fast-paced consultancy and professional services environment.
- Partner with business heads to understand hiring needs, headcount requirements, and resource planning.
- Manage relevant external vendors and client relationships connected with staffing and resource deployment.

Compliance & HR Policies

- Support compliance with applicable Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop, update, communicate, and implement company HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Maintain consistent HR practices across the employee lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 4–8 years of core HR experience with progressively responsible HR responsibilities.
- Experience in a recruitment agency, HR consultancy, staffing organization, or professional services environment.
- Strong hands-on understanding of the Indian recruitment market and talent landscape.
- MBA in HR or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
- Experience with recruitment processes, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, ATS/recruitment systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within the designated 10:30 AM–7:30 PM schedule.
