HR Manager/Executive

Company Description Katson Logistics is entering its next chapter KATSON 2.0. We are a Gujarat-born 3PL company, and we are building a national logistics business. We want to combine entrepreneurial agility with enterprise visibility. Our clients get the technology and compliance of a large company, along with the speed and direct leadership access of a founder-led one.

A company cannot grow like that without robust people systems. That is where you come in.

We are looking for an HR professional who wants to build things, not only run them. You will own HR operations across our locations and shape how Katson hires, pays, develops and keeps its people as we grow.

Location:

Rajkot, Gujarat (On Site)

Role Description:

· Hiring and onboarding: the full cycle, from sourcing and interviews to offers, induction and confirmation.

· Payroll and compliance: monthly payroll for on-roll and off-roll teams, including attendance, overtime and incentives. You will also handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity and other statutory requirements, and renew HR registrations on time.

· Employee lifecycle: joining, transfers, increments, promotions, exits and Full & Final settlements, with accurate records and HRMS data throughout.

· Branch and vendor coordination: working with manpower contractors,



monitoring their compliance, and supporting branch teams on manpower needs, expenses, travel and admin.

· People and culture: grievances, discipline, engagement, training and development.

· Systems and insight: manpower planning, HR MIS and dashboards on headcount, attrition, attendance and payroll. You will also help us roll out HR policies and SOPs that work the same way in every branch.

· How we will measure success: Timely closure of vacancies, payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, attendance and attrition control, timely F&F; settlements, data accuracy, manpower cost control and quick resolution of employee and branch requests.

· Who you are: A graduate or postgraduate in HR with experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment and statutory compliance. Experience of multi-location operations is preferred. You take ownership and enjoy working closely with branch teams and senior management. You want to build a disciplined HR function that can scale.
