About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, people-oriented HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department in Calicut. In this role, you will align HR strategies with overall business goals, oversee end-to-end recruitment, foster a positive work culture, and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in talent acquisition, policy formulation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Strategic HR & Operations

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of administrative and personnel management tasks.
- Develop, update, and implement comprehensive company policies and employee handbooks in compliance with labor regulations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.

2.⁠ ⁠Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to source, interview, and hire top talent across all departments.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new hires.





3.⁠ ⁠Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, mediating conflict and ensuring a fair, supportive workplace environment.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions, exit interviews, and stay interviews to gauge company climate and implement improvement measures.

4.⁠ ⁠Performance Management & Development

- Drive the periodic performance appraisal process, assisting managers in setting clear KPIs and evaluation standards.
- Identify training needs across teams and organize internal or external professional development programs.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: MBA in Human Resource Management or a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and best practices in HR management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with HRMS tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office.
- Solid leadership capabilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
