Position Overview We are looking for an experienced, proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager with solid expertise in recruitment, HR operations, payroll management and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Indian labour laws and the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, gratuity, bonus and applicable labour laws.
- Manage monthly payroll coordination, attendance, leave and employee records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, HR policies and employee documentation.
- Ensure timely statutory filings, returns, challans and compliance documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, performance management and exit formalities.




- Prepare HR MIS reports and coordinate with management, finance and external consultants.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment and statutory compliance.
- Graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent; MBA in HR preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, payroll processing and end-to-end recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS and payroll software.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and meet compliance deadlines.

What We Offer Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)
