Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This role is responsible for overseeing core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain accurate HR documentation and records. Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, conducting interviews, supporting employee engagement initiatives, managing payroll and benefits in collaboration with finance, and addressing workplace issues with fairness and confidentiality.



The role also involves partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs, deliver training and development programs, and foster an inclusive, values-driven culture aligned with Feedrani’s mission.

Qualifications

- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment laws.
- Skills in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR data management using HRIS or similar systems.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proven capability in training, coaching, and supporting employee development and engagement initiatives.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in agriculture, agri-tech, or startup environments.
- Comfort working on-site in Patna and collaborating closely with operational and field teams.
