Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Surat. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and helping coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication. The role involves supporting the implementation of HR policies, assisting with employee engagement initiatives,



and providing administrative support for performance and attendance tracking.

The intern will also collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure smooth internal communication and a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate in a team setting, and adapt to a fast-paced media and entertainment setting.
