Duration: 6 months (comes with full-time opportunity)
At Netoyed, we believe that culture and people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for an HR Intern who’s passionate about people, excited to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves to make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Get hands-on with end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding & induction to give current hires the best “Welcome to Netoyed” experience.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives (yes, you’ll help make work fun!).
- Partner with the HR team on projects that shape our culture.
What we’re looking for:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR.
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.
- Curious, proactive, and open to learning.
- Comfortable using MS Office/ Google Workspace.
- Prior internship experience would be an added advantage.
