About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented HR & Operations Specialist to manage our daily HR operations and office administration. In this role, you will handle the full employee lifecycle, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth office logistics in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Operations & Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end employee processes including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
- Data & Payroll Support: Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, and HRMS data. Prepare payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and monthly MIS reports.
- TA Coordination: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and facilitate smooth day-to-day hiring.
- Employee Engagement: Support internal events, wellness activities, and culture-building programs to maintain high team morale.
- Office Administration: Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, seating arrangements, and facility needs. Assist with travel bookings and event logistics.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. (An MBA or PGDM in HR is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Docs and Google Sheets) and familiarity with HRMS platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent English communication, and high attention to detail.
- Mindset: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, protect data confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working within IT, Services, or tech startup environments.
- Basic understanding of HR analytics, automation, or live-reporting dashboards.
