Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation in an on-site role based in Mohali district. This full-time position involves handling employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and legal requirements. The role includes coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with interviews, and supporting new hire integration.

Qualifications





- Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting core HR functions.
- Practical experience in HR Operations, including maintaining HR documentation, handling payroll inputs, and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Skills in Employee Relations to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote an inclusive and respectful workplace.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR Policies, labor laws, and company procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar operational environment is preferred but not required.
