Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes. The role involves managing employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and supporting a positive and inclusive work culture.

The Human Resources

Executive will ensure HR policies are implemented consistently, maintain compliance with applicable labor laws, and oversee attendance, leave, and performance records. The role also includes coordinating training and development initiatives, supporting workforce planning,



and partnering with management on staffing and organizational needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as managing recruitment processes, onboarding, documentation, and HR systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing and implementing HR Policies, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple priorities in a retail or jewelry industry setting is beneficial.
