We’re currently hiring on behalf of our client, Ace Group of Companies, for an experienced Corporate HR professional to strengthen and manage HR operations across the organisation.
Location: Santacruz / Juhu, Mumbai
Experience: 5–8 years
Salary: ₹70,000–₹80,000 per month
Working Days: 5 days + Saturday half-day
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end Corporate HR operations and the employee lifecycle
- Recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention
- Developing and implementing HR policies, processes and SOPs
- Performance management, appraisals and employee development
- Employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters
- Labour law and statutory compliance
- HR MIS, employee records and dashboards
- Working closely with senior management on HR strategy and organisational requirements
- Building a skilled, positive and performance-oriented workplace culture
